- Manage digital marketing strategy for all Multiplica clients
- Conduct CRO-related experiments in a wide variety of verticals to optimize UX/UI of users—cruise, hotels, airlines, telecommunications, retail and more
- Manage SEO strategy for select clients, providing content and optimizations to ensure better organic results
- Manage overall email strategy for select clients, writing copy and devising campaigns
- Conduct analytic deep dives through various platforms to derive meaningful, actionable insights; these platforms include Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Quantum Metrics, ABTasty, Monetate, and Google Optimize
