As our Director of Strategic Growth, you will develop and drive our sales and marketing strategy in order to acquire new clients in order to achieve our collective revenue goals. In your first month, you’ll ensure our marketing strategy is aligned to our value proposition. Then, every day, you’ll use that strategy to find new leads, meet with potential clients, and close deals. You’ll also manage our sales team, keeping them aligned with our strategies. To thrive in this role, you should be familiar with HubSpot, and have prior experience selling digital marketing services (especially Conversion Rate Optimization). This position is fully remote.
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience:
- Selling medium-large digital marketing contracts, or selling an optimization tool (existing client portfolio a plus)
- Identifying and solving digital business problems via experimentation platforms like Monetate, Google Analytics, etc.
- managing other people
- creating an annual marketing plan
- Intermediate knowledge of HubSpot
