Royal Caribbean approached Multplica to design and develop a mobile-friendly experience for their Pre-Cruise Planner website where booked passengers purchase customized experiences like shore excursions, dining and beverage packages, internet packages, and more before their cruise. Royal wanted to increase revenue from pre-cruise purchases on mobile devices, while improving the user experience of their mobile booking funnel.

Multiplica helped Royal Caribbean remove barriers along their passengers’ path purchase and optimize the pages that didn’t render properly on mobile so their users would be more likely to engage with the pre-cruise planner tool on their mobile devices and purchase personalized travel options ahead of their sail date.

Since we launched the mobile-friendly Pre-Cruise Planner website, their conversion rates have increased by nearly 70% YoY!
